I wanted to start this newsletter the right way — not with a product pitch, but with a real introduction.

Why I built this

After my second baby, I stopped moving. I stopped teaching. I stopped doing the thing that had been my anchor for over a decade.

I was in survival mode. Two babies, sixteen months apart. Some days I wasn't even brushing my teeth.

One morning I caught myself in the mirror — hunched, tight, exhausted. And something clicked. Not a dramatic moment. Just a quiet decision.

Just ten minutes of posture-focused movement. And focusing on how I was holding myself. Standing taller. Sitting taller. Even when I didn't feel like it.

And slowly — my energy came back. My confidence followed.

I started feeling like myself again. Not my old self. A new version. One that fit this chapter.

That's when I knew I had to build Doonamoves.
